BAD SERVICE FOOD WITH HAIR
I am lithuanian but i will write in english, for everybody to uniderstand.
First of all meeting in the restaurant was unfriendly, the table wasn't clean and toothpics were used!!!!!!!!
there were about 10 pleople in the restaurant, but we got the soup just after 30 minutes...
then we got chicken with vegetables and traditional lithuanian meal made from blood, it is gourmand food, but not that was as we got..
the chicken was too salty, it was uneatable! and i found hair in the plate.. the tomatoes weren't fresh... so i quit eating. when my husband was finishing his meal, he found hair and i don't know was it from head... i'm sorry but it is true.
When we called waitress, she took our food to the kitchen and when she came back she offered to us pick another meals at the same price, but we had NO APPETITE!
then we said, that we won't pay for our food, so there came some guy with NIKE JUMPER he was terribly rude. and he said, quote: " i have eaten even worser food and i didn't complain, by the way you have eaten more than a half of your meal so you have to pay" we said that we are sorry, that we didn't cut our food into small peaces and looked for hair when we strated eating.
we were debating for 10 minutes that we won't pay 10 litas (about 3 euro) because there wasn't thing about money, it was about justice. then he even didn't say sorry and gave us the "pleasure" don't pay for the hairy food.
it is sad that they have so many meals and three stars, but they can't have three stars service.
I strongly don't recomend to go there, and we will not go back there, unless with hygiene inspector...
